Ifedolapo Atinmo
Cofounder/CEO
A seasoned strategist with over 10 years of experience accelerating growth across the agricultural value chain, Ifedolapo leads Grolink with vision and purpose. He holds an MBA from IE Business School, Spain, and completed the Finance Program at Harvard Business School. His global outlook and proven leadership continue to shape Grolink’s mission of empowering smallholder farmers and transforming aquaculture in Africa.
Israel Tommy
Cofounder/COO
With over a decade of experience spanning management consulting, investment banking, FinTech, and agriculture, Israel brings a dynamic and strategic perspective to Grolink. He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and completed the Disruptive Strategy Program at Harvard Business School. Israel's multidisciplinary background and innovative thinking drive Grolink's operational excellence and sustainable growth.
